Whether you're arranging travel for yourself or others, the process can feel daunting. And with the introduction of our new travel system, Neo, there’s more to learn!

Join us for any of the informative, engaging training sessions listed below – attend as many as you like!

Session types

We’re offering 4 different Neo training sessions, on various dates. Click on the name of the session you’d like to attend to see available dates in both official languages.

• Booking tool. Learn how to use Neo to create and manage traveller profiles, and to book flights, hotels and car rentals (session does not cover how to obtain Section 32 approval for travel).
• Expense report. Create and submit expense reports in Neo, for travel-related expenses such as taxis, meals, incidentals and out-of-pocket costs (session does not cover how to obtain Section 32 approval for travel).
• Condensed training. An overview of how to use Neo to both book travel and manage expenses (session does not cover how to obtain Section 32 approval for travel).
• Approver training (Sections 32 and 34). Approve travel-related expenses using Neo.
