Description
The Recipient and Project Risk Management Framework (RRMF) is a risk-based assessment guide and tool. In this course, you’ll learn about the RRMF and how it impacts recipient obligations and agreement monitoring.
The RRMF provides risk management strategies that allow AAFC program delivery staff to identify and respond to risks related to recipients and the projects that are being funded. The RRMF ensures that the administrative requirements and burdens on the recipient are commensurate with the project’s risk level.
After participating in this course, you’ll be able to:
- List and explain AAFC’s five risk criteria
- Identify risk levels, from low to high
- Determine the risk score and ultimately influence the risk-mitigating factors
- Use tools to challenge risk scores
This course is the third in AAFC's Grants and Contributions Training series, which includes an overview of program delivery at AAFC, from program design to project closure and audit.
If there are no offerings available, or to request training in French, please fill out the Waitlist for Grants and Contributions Training form.
