Description
A grant or contribution agreement is an important legal document with many clauses. The Project Officer is a recipient’s main contact for their project and the program and must work with the recipient to develop the agreement. In this course, you’ll examine AAFC’s standard agreement template to better understand the agreement sections.
After participating in this course, you’ll be able to:
- Confidently discuss key clauses with recipients
- Read and determine clauses and provisions
- Outline recipient responsibilities
- Establish reporting requirements
