Description
A project officer’s job is not done after a contribution agreement is signed. In this course, you’ll learn more about project monitoring requirements.
After participating in this course, you’ll be able to:
- Review and assess financial reports and claims
- Monitor recipients and projects throughout the life of a project
- Solve problems
- Know when and how to escalate issues
- Decide when a formal amendment may be necessary, and what steps to take
- Understand recipient and program audits
