This course will give you the tools you need to be able to work in the monitoring stage on the Grants and Contributions Digital Platform (GCPD). You will learn how to manage claims, sampling and adjustments, pay-out advances and administer holdbacks.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Select the claim type
- Request sampling for a claim
- Adjust a claim
- Pay and close submissions
- Release a holdback
