Description

This course equips supervisors and managers with practical tools to handle difficult workplace conversations with confidence. It explores why these discussions matter, what makes them challenging, and how to prepare and communicate effectively through collaboration and active listening. The session also provides strategies for constructive follow-up to ensure lasting positive outcomes.
