New or departing employees need lots of IT and accommodations support. Fortunately, we have an online system that simplifies and automates most of these tasks.

This course will show you how to use the Entrance, Internal Mobility and Separation (EIMSS) system. It demonstrates each step of the entrance and separation processes.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

• Use EIMSS to create IT and accommodations services requests for new or departing employees
• Check the status of requests you’ve submitted
• View all historical requests
• Find answers to frequently asked EIMSS questions
• Get help if you need it
