Description
This mandatory training is for Site Owners to learn their role and responsibilities as owners of a SharePoint Online (SPO) site. You must attend the full session to receive the course certificate.
Trainers will conduct live demonstrations in an active SPO site to familiarize participants with useful site settings and features. Please note that SPO user interface elements, such as menus and navigation options, will be displayed in the language in which the session is offered.
Prerequisite
- Watch the SPO Navigation video tutorial (12 minutes).
- Watch the Corporate Repositories: SharePoint Online video (5.5 min).
Learning objectives
- Discover the roles and responsibilities of a site owner.
- Understand site and library configurations.
- Determine how and when to use the M365 Requests application.
- Determine which site settings can and should not be used.
- Understand how permissions and groups are managed.
