What does it mean to be an ally in the workplace? While many of us already consider ourselves allies, we may not always know how to put it into practice.
This introductory session will help you understand privilege, bias, and positional power. It will also offer specific actions you can take to show up as an ally in the workplace and beyond.
This event is for everyone who wants to support and advocate for their colleagues with traditionally marginalized identities.
