Description

You can attend this hybrid session either in person or virtually.

  • To attend in person at the Mikinàk Ceremonial Lodge, register for the in-person session.
  • To attend virtually, register for the virtual session.

 

This session examines Inuit history, culture, and perspectives. The course is offered by the Indigenous Support and Awareness Office (ISAO).

This session will focus on:

  • Inuit history
  • Governance
  • Language
  • Arts and culture
  • Demographics
  • Land claims

The session runs approximately 2 hours but may run over for further discussion on topics.

This course is part of the Indigenous Awareness Learning Series at AAFC.
