Description

This session explores Treaties in Canada. The course is offered by the Indigenous Support and Awareness Office (ISAO).

The introductory learning session will focus on:

• Treaties in Canada – Pre-Confederation
• Treaties in Canada – Post-Confederation
• Modern land claims

This course will also have a pre-reading assignment and will be discussed during the session.

Session runs approximately 2 hours but may run over for further discussion on topics.
