This course is designed to inform employees conducting investigations of their Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) obligations under the Canada Labour Code (CLC), Part II and the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR).
Topics include:
- Requirements for conducting hazardous occurrence investigations as per the CLC, Part II and the COHSR Part XV
- AAFC's Hazardous Occurrences Reporting and Recording Procedure
- Investigation Tools
- Hazardous Occurrence Investigation Report Form (lab1070)
This course is mandatory for Workplace Occupational Health and Safety committee (WOHSC) members and recommended for supervisors.
