Description
This session provides an overview of the confidential services available through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including mental health support, counselling, crisis intervention, and resources for work-life balance.
Employees will learn how to access services, what to expect, and how the EAP can support their well-being both at work and at home. Demos of LifeSpeak and Torchlight, two web platforms employees have access to through the EAP, will also be included in the session.
