Are you a manager or an aspiring manager? Join the Managers’ Community at AAFC!
The purpose of the Managers' Community (MC) at AAFC is to assist its members by providing training and resources to strengthen leadership competencies, raising issues to AAFC senior management and providing a venue for networking and sharing best practices with the larger management community. Established in 2005, the MC has become the voice for managers. Our membership is broad and includes managers who manage people or money, as well as aspiring managers.
