Description

Managers: have your employees ever shared their frustrations with you about a noisy cubicle neighbour? Or about the coffee cup stains and crumbs someone left behind in a shared workstation? Or maybe about how they couldn’t join a meeting on time because they were waiting for colleagues to leave a boardroom? Perhaps you’ve even found yourself in these scenarios.

Join us for this interactive event to talk about the realities of working in a hybrid work environment where unassigned seating and shared workspaces are the new norm, and how AAFC’s Community Norms for the Workplace can help you and your employees approach these tricky situations.

This event is being hosted by the Managers’ Community as part of Values and Ethics month, and will be facilitated by AAFC’s Change Management team.

Register early as spaces are limited!

Note: Employee sessions on Community Norms for the Workplace are also being offered during Values and Ethics month. Tell your employees to check-out news@work or the Learning Catalogue for more information, and to register early as spaces are also limited for these sessions.
